(2701 N Pershing Dr, Arlington, VA 22201, 202-524-6200, email: hr@sunsetpool.org) is seeking 5 temporary full-time Swimming Pool Supervisors to supervise swimming pool maintenance personnel, create schedules, train staff, ensure pool cleanliness and safety compliance, maintain equipment, manage emergencies, identify service projects, perform minor repairs, secure and maintain health department permits, and winterize pools at season’s end within the metro Washington, D.C. area, including the following counties within the State of Virginia: Alexandria City, Arlington County, Fairfax County, Loudoun County, Prince William County, Manassas City; the following counties within the State of Maryland: Montgomery County, Prince George’s County; and the District of Columbia, from 04/01/2026 – 10/31/2026.

Candidates must be 18 years or older, must be able to swim, and must be able to lift 50 pounds. 35 hrs/week, M–F, possibly Saturday and Sunday, 9 a.m.–4 p.m.; hours may vary. Must have a valid driver’s license. Strong organizational skills required. Must obtain American Red Cross (ARC) Lifeguard Certification; training may be coordinated by the employer, but the cost of certification is paid by the employee.

Company transportation provided for work-related travel between job sites; supervisors will be assigned a company vehicle and may be required to sign a separate vehicle use agreement. Drug testing may be conducted upon suspicion or post-accident; cost paid by employer. Voluntary shared housing available at $195/week, deducted from paycheck. Employees may choose to make their own housing arrangements.
